Mindy McEuen Paltridge

Executive Vice President (Certified Encompass Admin)

Mindy Paltridge has more than 25 years of mortgage banking and technology expertise. Most recently she served as VP of Information Technology at Tropical Financial Credit Union. She has over 15 years of Encompass Administration experience and is well versed in all aspects of lending including consumer lending (Meridian Link), banking core systems and servicing. She has held almost every roll in the mortgage industry and owned her own Mortgage Company starting at the age of 19. She was a Citrix Certified Administrator and has dozens of endorsements for her Banking, Mortgage Lending and Management skills. She stays up to date in technology and recent trends and acts as a primary driver for compliance, innovation and efficiency.

Nicole Stufflebeam

Business Analyst & Support Engineer (Certified Encompass Admin)

Nicole Stufflebeam has more than 15 years of mortgage banking and technology expertise. Most recently she served as vice president of Prosperity Bank, where she also was the Admin for Encompass and trained the bank’s staff on using the platform. Previously, she served as the Systems Administrator for New Beginning Mortgage in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
