Encompass Administrators play a key role in the design, development, implementation and management of the Ellie Mae Encompass® Banker Edition in support of your organization’s workflow. The best administrators bring with them analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve system and software application issues through best practices and documented testing in order to maximize the your investment in the Encompass360 solution. They are also few and far between. If your Encompass support department could use more depth or breadth, we can help fill the need.

solution1Every member of our Admin-on-Demand team has at least 8 years of experience in this position, works well with others, and are highly regarded by their peers and previous employers. They also have immediate access to the rest of our experienced Encompass specialists and programmers, as well as our proven best practice business rules, screens, plugins and utilities. As a team, we offer your company administrative support as a service (ASAAS), that can function as your sole or primary Encompass Administrator, or as backup and fill-in for your existing staff, on a contract basis with no employee related costs. Our company workstations are remote deskstops on highspeed HP servers that live behind a SSAE16 Certified Firewall and additional security appliances to provide and insure data integrity, privacy and reliability.

Our Admin-on-Demand team can

  • Establish working relationships with your existing support team and/or department managers

  • Provide Toll Free telephone access, Lync/Skype for Business and GoToAssist for messaging, remote control and conference screenshares

  • Record and provide copies of all incoming calls for quality monitoring and educational purposes

  • Function as First Level (Tier One) and/or Triage End User Support to free up more valuable resources.

  • Function as Second and Third Level (Tier Two and Tier Three) End User Support as appropriate.

  • Function as WebCenter and TPO WebCenter Administration and live support for TPO Branch Users

  • Manage and Maintain Company Hierarchy, Organizations and User Accounts

  • Manage and Maintain Company Settings in every Settings Category as applicable to ongoing business and compliance needs

  • Provide and Manage the Acquisition of Best Practice Solutions, Business Rules, Forms, Plugins and Utilities as appropriate.

  • Maintain eFolder settings to ensure preservation of a complete paperless environment with requisite document retention

  • Create and maintain a report library and build or modify custom reports as necessary for each department

  • Liaison with third party vendors to sponsor interfaces through ePASS, and manage the builds and maintenance of custom integrations

  • Work closely with Secondary Marketing to ensure accurate guidelines, program codes, Loan Template settings and document sets are available for all loan products

  • Manage help desk requests from internal users by troubleshooting issues, clearing tickets in a timely manner, and accelerating items to Ellie Mae tech support as needed

  • Identify, Organize and facilitate Encompass 360 end user training as needed including new employee Encompass training, training on changes, new features, and refresher training as required

  • Build and maintain a monthly record of existing and modified Encompass 360 Settings, features, and workflow information to provide Change Management
